[Watch] Accessible Yoga Teacher Training: My Experience

Accessibility isn’t a “type” of yoga, nor is it just the latest marketing buzzword. Yoga offers numerous benefits to anyone who is interested in practicing as a path of self-knowledge, healing, and empowerment.

Unfortunately, not everyone has access to yoga and with my practice and teaching, I aim to make a difference, to make yoga more accessible. I’m here to democratize yoga, meditation, wellness and education spaces. I’m here to provide yoga to those folks who haven’t had the privilege or the access. I am here to hold space for those who are marginalized, those who are overweight, those who are elderly, those who are sick, those who are suffering chronic illness, those who are suffering mental illness, those who are imprisoned, those who are able bodied AND willing to platform all others who are not.

With all of these goals in mind, Accessible Yoga Training with founder Jivana Heyman was an excellent way to kick-off my 2020. Here’s a peak into the weekend immersion experience!
