[Practice] Yoga Flow 75-minute Class - Dynamic Movement for Grounding + Support

Hello Hola Namaste! Welcome to Community Yoga with Taina. This is a 1-hour+ dynamic yoga flow for all ALL LEVELS of vinyasa yoga practitioners. This yoga class includes some meditation, breathing practices, and balancing āsana (postures), plus lots of movement options for all bodies and abilities!
